As you know the games are old and do experience a lot of wear and tear with the amount of use they take daily. I do understand your frustration about the games that were down and we are actively working on this for our guests. I also see you were here in December and left a 5 star review, I would like to be able to make sure we can live up to the 5 stars again. I am sorry to hear of your experience here and would like to offer you a chance to come back on me to see how we can make the experience better. My name is Dayna and I am the GM here at Silverball Museum. This was a really fun way to spend an afternoon and brought back good memories of my childhood! I plan to check out the NJ location too, since I actually live not far from Asbury Park. It was a little troubling that people didn't maintain social distancing too well during this scary time. As it filled up it got very noisy, but understandable. There were a few bars and food available but we didn't avail ourselves.

It was rather dark in the place so hard to see everything. There was sanitizing gel available but wipes would have been a better idea to wipe off the machine buttons before use.

Each is set up for free play so time passes quickly. This place is so cool! For a very reasonable price we were able to play all games for as long as we wanted (4 hours!), then leave and return! The machines range from very early models, fully restored, to the most modern. We are staying about 1/2 hour away and an old school friend posted on facebook he had been to Silverball Museum and had a blast.
